It is conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk away from the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach and is close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride along the coast will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast are easily accessible for those who like to explore.

This modern style, well-presented townhouse is offered over 3 floors. On entering by the main door to the side of the house, the entrance hallway leads to a double bedroom with front aspect with king-size bed. The garden bedroom has two single beds which can be linked to a kingsize bed the room has doors opening onto the enclosed private garden area. There is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a w/c on this floor. The first floor features a modern open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with doors opening onto a balcony from the lounge area with views and outside furniture. The kitchen features an integrated oven, microwave, ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer. The seating area has an L shaped sofa and modern occasional chair facing a wall-mounted TV. The dining area has a table with seating for 8. The second floor offers a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom; each of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room.
There is off road parking for two vehicles, one parked in a garage and one parked up to the garage door.
Sandbanks is most famous for high property prices, the fourth most expensive area to live in the world. Although small, it is well worth a visit if staying in the area or you may be lucky enough to be staying in one of our Sandbanks properties. There are many choices of where to eat out. Highlights include the Harbour Heights Hotel, Haven Hotel, The Sandbanks Brasserie, The Jazz Cafe and The Beach Cafe. Although it is an expensive area there are lots of choices. The promenade also has a small variety of shops and cafes.
The easiest way to travel is on the Sandbanks Ferry, by car or on foot and is well worth the views. Sandbanks beach is one of the best in the area with fine golden sand and has held a European Blue Flag for over 20 years. The beach gently slopes into the water making it ideal for younger children and there are lifeguards on duty from May until September. Behind the beach lies both crazy golf and a mini-golf course. There is also a children's play area including sand diggers and a sensory area. The promenade also has a small variety of shops and cafes and during the summer months, a mini road train will take you up and down. There are many water-based activities available, including inflatable fun in the form of ringos. Tuition in many watersports is also available as are tours of the area in both kayaks and on paddleboards. The British Beach Polo Championships is an annual event held on the beach. During the event, there is also professional beach volleyball and polo pony charity racing.
