On the ground floor are a cosy sitting room and diner, leading through to the modern kitchen. Upstairs there is the master bedroom where you can relax and enjoy a morning brew watching the news on the flat-screen TV The twin single room is comfortable.

Situated in an ideal location near to The Nothe Gardens with expanding open grassed areas and trees. Newton's Cove a small shingle beach with rock pools perfect for exploring is just a two-minute walk from the property. Take a short stroll from the property and head down towards Brewers Quay area and Hope Square, which offers lots of dining choices where you can enjoy some alfresco dining. Walking on through to the Harbour where you can watch the fisherman bring in their catch of the day, or if you fancy a trip exploring the sites across the sea you can pick up a boat ride. Carrying on over the town bridge you arrive at the town centre with lots to browse through from popular brands to the local deli. As you head towards the Esplanade you will smell the sea air and enjoy the views of the famous Weymouth Beach.

Weymouth is a busy seaside town and lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Weymouth's golden sandy beach has received the Quality Coast Award. This is because of good quality water, well-developed facilities and beach supervision. There are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of shops. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants, offering a range of cuisines. As a result, you are spoilt for choice. Weymouth is famous for its fresh seafood. You can often see the local fishermen unloading their daily catch from the Harbour. It is from the harbour that you can pick up boat tours. These include a tour of the Jurassic coast and a water taxi from Weymouth to Portland.

Weymouth Attractions and Activities

Lodmoor Country Park is fantastic for the children and adults to explore and rest for a picnic. In addition, try your hand at crazy golf or let the children drive in the little go-kart track. Let the children loose in the Pirate Ship Play Park or the Green Gym. Slide down the wonky slide or walk the dog through the woodland paths. RSPB Nature Reserve is next to Lodmoore Park displaying details of all the Marsh birds in the area. Also, there is a cafe for refreshments after all the exploring. Sandworld is by the cycle path at Lodmoor park. Be amazed at the awesome sculptures made by local artists. You can let the children take turns to make their own sand sculpture. In addition, view smaller displays along the seafront. In conclusion, the attention to detail that goes into these will amaze you.

The Sea Life Centre is full of marine animals and much much more. The Centre is jam-packed full of fun rides and activities for the children. There are also rides galore along the seafront with arcades that stay open in the evenings. A little train will take you along the length of the seafront. Here you will find Donkey rides on the beach are available. Punch and Judy play on the seafront during the summer. A short walk away is the Nothe Fort which holds events for both adults and children. Weymouth is well known for the Red Arrows display which happens on Carnival Day. You can watch the action from the beach and see the fireworks from the bay. At night, colourful lasers light up the seafront and the promenade. The Pavillion theatre holds regular live shows.
