Stunning sea views from the lounge area and a birds-eye view of Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coastline from a unique Rooftop Terrace. All this and only moments from the sandy beach and famous harbour. The second-floor apartment overlooks the bustling Cobb Square and is only a short walk to countless restaurants, beach cafes, pubs and bars. A well equipped, spacious apartment delivering the basic necessities for a great holiday with two outdoor areas.

The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. The nearby town centre has a selection of independent shops, as well as an award-winning museum and theatre. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap.

Please Note: The apartment overlooks the bustling Cobb square and may not be suitable for some guests with mobility issues.

Ensuite with shower over bath, hand-basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with single 3ft bed and full length 2ft 6inch bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds.
Family bathroom with shower over corner bath, wash-basin only. Please note: there is no WC (separate).

The spacious Rooftop Terrace has spectacular sea views of Lyme Bay, the Heritage Coastline, harbour and the Famous Cobb of Lyme Regis. On a clear day, views of Golden Cap and Isle of Portland are stunning. There is also an external terrace with a small sitting area by the kitchen, which catches the evening sun and looks towards Monmouth beach. Picnic benches, sun loungers, charcoal BBQ and chairs provided in the warmer climes. Children must be supervised at all times.


There is a public car park nearby (Monmouth beach). To the rear of the apartment, there is also a private car park where visitors can park for a weekly fee (book in advance). Seasonal restrictions apply to street parking in the vicinity. Please do not use the private car park with chains across (next to the apartment). If you don’t mind a walk up the hill, there is the Holmbush car park where you can park.

Lyme Regis

Lyme Regis, nicknamed 'The Pearl of Dorset' lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and is near Charmouth and the Devon border. Lyme Regis is a historic seaside resort and fishing port and boasts breathtaking scenery, making it a resort for all seasons. The town is famous for its fossils, often found on its beaches and cliffs. In fact, it was in the cliffs that the famous Ichthyosaur was discovered by Mary Anning, the daughter of a local fossil collector. She went on to find a complete Plesiosaur and the well-preserved remains of a flying reptile. Book a fossil walks with local experts to ensure you are both safe and full of knowledge by the end. The famous harbour wall known as 'The Cobb' featured in the film and novel of The French Lieutenant's Woman.

Lyme Regis is a great place to eat out and has a wide variety covering the globe as well as price. From traditional fish and chips to Asian fusion, Indian, Italian, Spanish and British. For foodies try Robin Wylde and their amazing taste menus. The Whole Hog will have you feeling full with excellent roasts while Red Panda offers Asian as well as a traditional British menu.
