It benefits from a large, fully enclosed garden overlooked by the living room so is perfect for families with children. Fossil Barn sits within the grounds of the 17th century thatched Manor, one of the oldest properties in Chickerell.
The accommodation comprises of a Stone and Oak Barn with access via a stable door to the kitchen with dining area, equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and wine fridge. There are solid oak floors throughout and the large garden room/lounge is also made from oak. With double doors leading to the garden and an all-glass front, the room blends seamlessly in with the outside. On hot days throw open the doors to be one with the garden, or for those visiting in the winter, be warmed by the large expanse of glass. The room comes with a flatscreen television with Freeview, DVD player, free wireless broadband and iPod docking station. Bedroom one can be set up as either a twin or kingsize double depending upon your needs. Bedroom two is a kingsize double with en-suite shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and toilet. A family bathroom with bath with shower over, heated towel rail, hand basin and toilet rounds out the accommodation.
