Harbourside House is a modern three-storey house situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset boasting harbour views and games room on the ground floor. The house can sleep 8 people in 2 king-size double with en-suite showers, 2 twin single bedroom as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with feature fireplace. There are 2 parking permits for a nearby public car park. Patio garden with furniture. Harbourside House is an impressive family house and would be perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Located on the harbourside there are wonderful panoramic views of Weymouth Harbour. Recently renovated Harbourside House offers a luxurious stay in a contemporary atmosphere. The beach, town centre and a huge choice of eating out are all within walking distance.
The accommodation at Harbourside House comprises of on the ground floor a second lounge/dining area, small utility room and bedroom one which is a double. Three steps lead to a bathroom with Â bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet.
Up to the first floor where the lounge is equipped with TV, DVD player, iPod Dock and Wifi. Large bay window with wonderful harbour views. The kitchen/diner is well equipped and comes with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and patio doors lead outside. There is a cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.
Up to the second floor where bedroom two is a kingsize double with TV, armchairs, bay window with harbour views, en-suite shower room with hand basin and toilet. Bedroom three is a twin or zip link super king with own bathroom containing shower bath, hand basin and toilet.
The third floor has bedroom four, a kingsize double bed with harbour views, en-suite shower, hand basin and toilet, TV and armchairs. Bedroom five is a twin and 2 pull out beds with own shower room, hand basin and toilet.
Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. Two parking permits are included for a nearby council car park.

Weymouth is a busy seaside town and lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Weymouth's golden sandy beach has received the Quality Coast Award. This is because of good quality water, well-developed facilities and beach supervision. There are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of shops. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants, offering a range of cuisines. As a result, you are spoilt for choice. Weymouth is famous for its fresh seafood. You can often see the local fishermen unloading their daily catch from the Harbour. It is from the harbour that you can pick up boat tours. These include a tour of the Jurassic coast and a water taxi from Weymouth to Portland.
Weymouth Attractions and Activities
Lodmoor Country Park is fantastic for the children and adults to explore and rest for a picnic. In addition, try your hand at crazy golf or let the children drive in the little go-kart track. Let the children loose in the Pirate Ship Play Park or the Green Gym. Slide down the wonky slide or walk the dog through the woodland paths. RSPB Nature Reserve is next to Lodmoore Park displaying details of all the Marsh birds in the area. Also, there is a cafe for refreshments after all the exploring. Sandworld is by the cycle path at Lodmoor park. Be amazed at the awesome sculptures made by local artists. You can let the children take turns to make their own sand sculpture. In addition, view smaller displays along the seafront. In conclusion, the attention to detail that goes into these will amaze you.
The Sea Life Centre is full of marine animals and much much more. The Centre is jam-packed full of fun rides and activities for the children. There are also rides galore along the seafront with arcades that stay open in the evenings. A little train will take you along the length of the seafront. Here you will find Donkey rides on the beach are available. Punch and Judy play on the seafront during the summer. A short walk away is the Nothe Fort which holds events for both adults and children. Weymouth is well known for the Red Arrows display which happens on Carnival Day. You can watch the action from the beach and see the fireworks from the bay. At night, colourful lasers light up the seafront and the promenade. The Pavillion theatre holds regular live shows.
