Be welcomed into the snug sitting room where a feature fireplace brings character to this traditional dwelling, with armchairs to relax on after a day of scenic walks, and a Freeview TV to enjoy. Discover the kitchen to the rear of the cottage, with a two-ring induction hob and electric oven, along with a fridge with a freezer box providing you the essentials for a self-catered stay, while a breakfast bar is the best place to sit with your morning coffee, or perhaps a glass of wine whilst dinner simmers on the hob. Freshen up in the en-suite shower room before getting cosy underneath the gorgeous linens of the bed and look forward to waking up each morning to watch the world go by from the characterful window seat.

After a long day of exploring be sure to conclude the day with a well-deserved pint in the local pub, The Crown Inn, a traditional and homely setting, which also boasts a wonderful menu of delicious pub grub. West Bexington

West Bexington is a small pretty coastal village. Situated between the nearby villages of Abbotsbury and Burton Bradstock. The towns of Dorchester and Weymouth are 27 minutes away by car in opposite directions. The village is surrounded by National Trust land. Popular for its all-year-round fishing, you can very often catch mackerel off Chesil Beach in the summer and bass in the autumn. The area is a birdwatcher's paradise and great for ramblers discovering unseen treasures.

West Bexington offers the perfect spot to explore the South West Coast Path. Marvel at the spectacular views over Chesil and Weymouth beach. The village of Abbotsbury offers a few local shops. The Swannery in Abbotsbury is well worth a visit, for bird-lovers and you may even be lucky enough to spot a cygnet. Abbotsbury children's farm is a delight for any parent looking to entertain their children. Children can ride tractors, visit pets corner, and much more. There is a cafe which serves lunch and beverages so parents can sit and relax with a coffee while the children finish off the day with soft play.
