Mappowder Cottage lies on the outskirts of the village of Buckland Newton within the Blackmore Vale which is a truly beautiful area to explore. There are an abundance of walking and cycling routes from here and if the exercise doesn't take your breath away then the countryside and views surely will. This is one of two cottages on the same site which can be booked together allowing stays for up to eight people. The accommodation is all on one level and is pet friendly. In addition, the property can house a horse as there is a stable and field along with parking for a horsebox and an arena. The house itself is full of charm with an open fire and antique furnishings. Coupled with the location this will make a truly memorable stay.

The accommodation at Mappowder Cottage comprises a sitting/dining room with an open fire, a TV with WiFi-enabled throughout along with two comfortable sofas, a telescope and a dining area with a circular table and chairs for four. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a washer/dryer as well as a range of accessories and utensils. The two bedrooms have been arranged as a king-size double and a twin. The bathroom has a roll-top bath with a shower over, basin and toilet. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Outside is an enclosed front garden with a lawn and patio complete with furniture. There is ample off-road parking. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
