The house can sleep 11 people in 3 double with en-suite showers, 1 king-size double with en-suite shower, 1 single with pull out bed, 1 single with en-suite cloakroom as well as shower room and bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a feature fireplace. To the outside of the house is off road parking for 1 car and on-road parking for 2 cars and a courtyard with furniture. Seaside House is perfect for larger families walking distance to the beach.

Step out the front door and in less than one-minutes’ walk you will reach Weymouth's famous long and sandy beach with shallow waters giving you a great place to spend the day.

The beach has a traditional feel with donkey rides and Punch and Judy shows. The town is adjacent to the beach and with a good selection of well-known high street brands and has little lanes full of charming independent shops. Eating out in Weymouth is a joy always new and exciting options for dinner. Discovering other great places in South Dorset is an easy ride away and you may wish to visit Charmouth to fossil hunt or Abbotsbury to see the famous swans in the Swannery. A short drive is famous Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove which would make a great day out with all family. This is because of good quality water, well-developed facilities and beach supervision. There are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of shops. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants, offering a range of cuisines. As a result, you are spoilt for choice. Weymouth is famous for its fresh seafood. You can often see the local fishermen unloading their daily catch from the Harbour. It is from the harbour that you can pick up boat tours. These include a tour of the Jurassic coast and a water taxi from Weymouth to Portland.

Weymouth Attractions and Activities

Lodmoor Country Park is fantastic for the children and adults to explore and rest for a picnic. In addition, try your hand at crazy golf or let the children drive in the little go-kart track. Let the children loose in the Pirate Ship Play Park or the Green Gym. Slide down the wonky slide or walk the dog through the woodland paths. RSPB Nature Reserve is next to Lodmoore Park displaying details of all the Marsh birds in the area. Also, there is a cafe for refreshments after all the exploring. Sandworld is by the cycle path at Lodmoor park. Be amazed at the awesome sculptures made by local artists. You can let the children take turns to make their own sand sculpture. The Sea Life Centre is full of marine animals and much much more. The Centre is jam-packed full of fun rides and activities for the children. There are also rides galore along the seafront with arcades that stay open in the evenings. A little train will take you along the length of the seafront. Here you will find Donkey rides on the beach are available. Punch and Judy play on the seafront during the summer. A short walk away is the Nothe Fort which holds events for both adults and children. Weymouth is well known for the Red Arrows display which happens on Carnival Day. You can watch the action from the beach and see the fireworks from the bay. At night, colourful lasers light up the seafront and the promenade. The Pavillion theatre holds regular live shows.
