The Beach House is a spacious five-storey house situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from a top floor balcony with panoramic harbour views. The house can sleep 10 people in 4 king-size doubles 1 with en-suite shower and 1 with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin single bedroom as well as a family bathroom and a shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. Garage parking for 4 cars and a patio garden with furniture. The Beach House is a 5-star luxury harbourside property over five floors with beautiful views across Weymouth Harbour and out to sea where you can watch the luxury yachts and fisherman's boats come in and out. This spacious property is perfect for large families or groups of friends to holiday together - a true home from home with everything catered for. Weymouth has a wonderful curving arc of golden, sandy beach that has been awarded a Blue Flag award consistently over the years. Adjacent to the town it allows easy access to the shops, restaurants and cafes. But there is so much to see and do in the town. Relax in Greenhill Gardens, Nothe Gardens or at Radipole Lake and Gardens. Go on a Jurassic Safari to discover parts of Dorset you wouldn't find yourself, or explore the harbour area and go on a fishing trip. Discover the restaurants and cafes around Brewers Quay and Hope Square. Explore the history of the 19th century Nothe Fort or find out about our marine life at the Sea Life Centre. Be amazed at the creations at Sandworld Sculpture Park or have fun at Lodmoor Country Park.
The accommodation at The Beach House comprises of a dedicated games area on the ground floor where you will also find the private parking and a small patio area. Up to the first floor where you will find the spacious living room with a wonderful bay window from which to admire the views and a TV, DVD player and WiFi-enabled throughout. The kitchen/diner/utility has a back balcony and is equipped with a range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a range of accessories and utensils. There are two-second floor king-size double bedrooms, one with an en suite free-standing bath, handheld shower basin and toilet and one with a rear balcony. On the third floor are a king-size double and a twin bedroom with a rear balcony. On the fourth floor is a king-size double with en suite shower room and balcony. A shower room with double size shower and a bathroom with bath, separate shower basin and toilet can also be found. A cot and highchair can also be provided.
Outside is a small patio area and several balconies. There is a private garage for up to 4 small/medium size cars. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Weymouth is a busy seaside town and lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Weymouth's golden sandy beach has received the Quality Coast Award. This is because of good quality water, well-developed facilities and beach supervision. There are plenty of supermarkets and a variety of shops. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants, offering a range of cuisines. As a result, you are spoilt for choice. Weymouth is famous for its fresh seafood. You can often see the local fishermen unloading their daily catch from the Harbour. It is from the harbour that you can pick up boat tours. These include a tour of the Jurassic coast and a water taxi from Weymouth to Portland.
Weymouth Attractions and Activities
Lodmoor Country Park is fantastic for the children and adults to explore and rest for a picnic. In addition, try your hand at crazy golf or let the children drive in the little go-kart track. Let the children loose in the Pirate Ship Play Park or the Green Gym. Slide down the wonky slide or walk the dog through the woodland paths. RSPB Nature Reserve is next to Lodmoore Park displaying details of all the Marsh birds in the area. Also, there is a cafe for refreshments after all the exploring. Sandworld is by the cycle path at Lodmoor park. Be amazed at the awesome sculptures made by local artists. You can let the children take turns to make their own sand sculpture. In addition, view smaller displays along the seafront. In conclusion, the attention to detail that goes into these will amaze you.
The Sea Life Centre is full of marine animals and much much more. The Centre is jam-packed full of fun rides and activities for the children. There are also rides galore along the seafront with arcades that stay open in the evenings. A little train will take you along the length of the seafront. Here you will find Donkey rides on the beach are available. Punch and Judy play on the seafront during the summer. A short walk away is the Nothe Fort which holds events for both adults and children. Weymouth is well known for the Red Arrows display which happens on Carnival Day. You can watch the action from the beach and see the fireworks from the bay. At night, colourful lasers light up the seafront and the promenade. The Pavillion theatre holds regular live shows.
