Waterson is a comfortable semi-detached property situated in the village of Osmington just outside of the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from partial sea views. The spacious three-bedroom property can sleep seven people, which is made up of one twin, two double bedrooms, with one also having a single bed and a shower cubicle. There is also a family bathroom. The rest of the property is made up of a bright fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. At the front of the property is off road parking for three cars. With a lawned garden with decking to the rear with garden furniture. Waterson is perfect for all the family to get together, being in a pretty village yet still close to the town of Weymouth to see the sights it has to offer.
Waterson is located in the popular village of Osmington and benefits from sea views from the garden and lounge. You are surrounded by countryside and great walks with the South West Coast Path just yards from your door. The local pub is also a very short walk away and is pet friendly as is Waterson itself - just as well as the area is perfect for holidaying with your pet. Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are a short drive away on one side while Weymouth with all its attractions is on the other. There is a riding stable just up the road from you and the local beach is full of rock pools to explore at low tide.
The accommodation at Waterson comprises of steps to the front door and a sunroom/dining area. The spacious lounge has sea views, has a pool table, wood-burning stove, TV, CD music system and WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped and includes the all-important dishwasher. Bedroom one is arranged as a twin but bedroom two gives you a choice of another twin or super king-size double. There is a family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and toilet. Up to the first floor where bedroom three is a family room with a double and single bed and shower cubicle. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor with toilet and basin.
Outside there are more sea views, lawned areas and decking with table and chairs as well as a bench. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Osmington is a small village with narrow streets lined with picturesque thatched cottages. The village is very popular with walkers wanting to see the White Horse ingrained in the hillside. Built in 1808 to honour King George III, who was a frequent visitor to the area. The figure on the hillside depicts the King riding a horse who sadly did not survive long enough to see this famous landmark.
Osmington Mills is a 10-minute walk along the coast path. Soak in the stunning views along the way. Visit the very pretty and very popular pub The Smugglers. The pub tells tales of the French smuggler, Pierre Latour, in the 17th century. Sit back, take in the stunning views and the excellent home-cooked food. It is well worth a visit.
