This property enjoys a sought after location in the village of Canford Cliffs close to the Sandbanks peninsula. The village beach with its golden sands, is a short walk away, allowing guests to enjoy a true seaside holiday. A little way down the beach is the Sandbanks peninsula itself, from where the chain ferry runs across to the picturesque Studland Bay, a wilder beach that is maintained by the National Trust. The two seaside towns of Poole and Bournemouth, are each situated within five miles of the property, both of which provide plenty for visitors to see and do, including a boat trip across to Brownsea Island, parks, shops, restaurants, miles of beaches, and an oceanarium.
On arrival at this handsome property, guests will immediately be able to see how much love and attention has been put into creating a truly five-star experience. The lounge is a wonderfully relaxing space, with comfortable sofas, a wood burner, TV/DVD, and a beautiful lead framed patio door that leads to the sunny conservatory. There will be no disagreements about what to watch on TV here, as just off from the lounge, there is a cosy snug room with its own Smart TV. The dining room provides the perfect space for formal meals and sociable dining, with its large dining table, flame effect electric fire, and stained glass window, whilst the kitchen has a breakfast bar which is a great place for more informal meals and snacks. As you would expect from a five-star property, the kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. The first of these is a very spacious king-size room with relaxing armchairs, and an en suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC. The second bedroom is another generously sized room with a super king-size bed which can be made up as a twin room on request. The remaining two bedrooms are a pleasant twin and a restful single room which has a pull-out bed that may be used to accommodate an eighth guest on request. The main bathroom on the first floor is a rare example of an original Art Deco bathroom with a bath, and WC, whilst there are also separate WCs on both the first and ground floors.
The outside area to the property is just as impressive as the house itself, with one acre of grounds which include lawns, a number of terraced seating areas, woodlands, and, of course, the heated outdoor pool, which is open from the beginning of June to the end of August and is tended to on a regular basis. There is parking on the property s driveway.

Poole is a large, pretty town, with so much to offer. It has a beautiful natural harbour that is the largest natural harbour in Europe. Across from Poole harbour is Brownsea Island. This is a Nature Reserve owned by the National Trust, with the north side of the Island managed by the Dorset Wildlife Trust. Only a small population lives on the island itself. The island has a castle a gift shop, a cafe, and an outdoor centre - you could be lucky enough to see one of the native red squirrels. The town has a vast number of shops, a shopping centre, supermarkets, a choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Poole has four beaches (five if you include Sandbanks) that have won more Blue Flag awards than any other UK resort. The soft, golden sands are cleaned and raked every day of the year. Shore Road beach offers a gently sloping beach and safe, clean water. There is a launch zone for kitesurfers and windsurfers here. Canford Cliffs beach is a tranquil area with a steep, sandy cliff that is a haven for wildlife and is a great beach to relax on. Branksome Beach allows pets all year round. There is also a sandy harbour beach to visit at the nearby village of Hamworthy.
Summer Breeze on the Quay is a free music and firework event every Thursday in late July and August. Plus, every Friday evening is the Quay for my Car event that has a different theme each week, from Beetles to American muscle cars. Grooves on the Green is an annual music event in Parkstone, Poole with 2 music stages and entertainment. In addition, in the middle of June come and enjoy Paye Day, Poole's annual pirate day including the infamous Pirate Parade. Tower Park is a waterpark and swimming pool, cinema, bowling, soft play and bingo under one roof, making it a great visit for all the family all year round.
