Seaside House

Seaside house is a large elegant Georgian Townhouse in an enviable location just a few minute's walk from the seafront. Carefully renovated by the current owners, Seaside House boasts a cutting edge kitchen with high specification appliances. The property benefits from six bath/shower rooms and three reception rooms.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a dining room with large dining table and chairs with doors leading to the kitchen equipped with a large American style fridge/freezer, diswasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and coffee machine. Patio doors lead to a courtyard and external utility room. There is a shower room with hand basin and toilet. A games room has a mini snooker table, table football and single day bed with patio doors leading to the parking area.

Bedroom one is on the first floor and is a double with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom two is another double with ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. The spacious lounge includes large flat screen television, DVD player, X Box and WiFi.

The second floor has a large bathroom with double ended bath, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom three is a double again with an en-suite consisting of shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom four is a kingsize double with en-suite shower, hand basin and toilet.

The third floor is accessed via reduced ceiling height staircase. Bedroom five is a single with additional pull out bed. Bedroom six is a single with cot/cot bed and has an en-suite cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.

Outside there is a courtyard garden. There is off street parking for one car plus on road parking permits for two more cars.

Weymouth
